Production Technician (All Levels) 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Available Competitive Hourly Rates (Based on Experience)
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards.
Quality Control:
Perform manual inspections of products; in some roles, you will use a tape measure or blueprints to ensure precision.
Material Handling:
Safely move, load, and unload materials and finished products (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently).
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
Environment Maintenance:
Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety regulations (including GMP standards for food-grade facilities). ...

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
2+ years of production or manufacturing experience.
Education:
High School Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Reliability:
A strong, consistent work history with a track record of excellent attendance.
Attitude:
A "can-do" mindset and a willingness to help teammates succeed.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the entirety of an 8- to 12-hour shift.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read a tape measure accurately (assessment required). Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings is a significant plus for industrial roles.
Flexibility:
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as required by production needs. Specialized Environments (Specific to Site)
Food Manufacturing:
Requires strict adherence to hygiene, hairnets/PPE, and temperature-controlled environments.
Heavy Industrial:
Requires experience in fast-paced, high-heat, or rugged environments; may involve power tool usage.
Precision Manufacturing:
