Setup & Calibration:

Configure machines and adjust settings according to specific production runs.

Maintenance:

Perform routine equipment checks, clean machinery, and execute minor repairs to prevent downtime.

Troubleshooting:

Identify mechanical issues early; resolve simple problems and escalate complex issues to maintenance leads.

Quality Control:

Inspect products throughout the production cycle to ensure they meet specifications and report any deviations.

Safety & Compliance:

Strictly follow all safety procedures, participate in training, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of production output, machine usage, and material movement.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements for better workflow and efficiency.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Skills:

Formal mechanical or manufacturing vocational training. Prior experience in a high-volume production facility. Familiarity with preventative maintenance schedules.
