Machine Operation:
Run and monitor equipment to maintain steady production flow and meet high-quality standards.Setup & Calibration:
Configure machines and adjust settings according to specific production runs.Maintenance:
Perform routine equipment checks, clean machinery, and execute minor repairs to prevent downtime.Troubleshooting:
Identify mechanical issues early; resolve simple problems and escalate complex issues to maintenance leads.Quality Control:
Inspect products throughout the production cycle to ensure they meet specifications and report any deviations.Safety & Compliance:
Strictly follow all safety procedures, participate in training, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production output, machine usage, and material movement.Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements for better workflow and efficiency.Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00PM Skills:
Formal mechanical or manufacturing vocational training. Prior experience in a high-volume production facility. Familiarity with preventative maintenance schedules.Education:
