Are you a seasoned production professional with a passion for maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant field operations? We are seeking a highly skilled Production Tech III to support our dynamic team in South Cowden, TX. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive expertise in oil and gas production equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. With a competitive pay range of $26-$38 per hour and a contract duration of over a year, this position is ideal for experienced candidates eager to make a meaningful impact. What You'll Bring to theTable:
5-10 years of experience in oil and gas production operations. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs. Fundamental computer skills for data entry and reporting. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between field locations. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with operations and maintenance teams. Commitment to safety and compliance with environmental standards. Nice toHave Skills:
Additional certifications in safety or equipment operations. Experience with automation systems or advanced diagnostic tools. Prior experience working on multi-day rotation schedules.Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work on a 10/3 then 5/3 rotation schedule. Ability to travel consistently between field sites. Demonstrated strong mechanical troubleshooting prowess and independence in task execution.
