5-10 years of experience in oil and gas production operations. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs. Fundamental computer skills for data entry and reporting. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between field locations. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Additional certifications in safety or equipment operations. Experience with automation systems or advanced diagnostic tools. Prior experience working on multi-day rotation schedules.
