Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced electro-mechanical assembly tasks using test procedures, schematics, diagrams, and layouts to ensure precision and quality. Conduct testing functions, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and determine effective solutions to maintain seamless operations. Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to adhere to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold safety protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
High school diploma or GED required; candidates with 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience or an Associate's degree in a technical field are encouraged to apply. Automotive and HVAC technicians are highly encouraged, as their skills are highly transferable. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay Details:
