- About the role: Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, the Mechanic Tech I is responsible for repairing and installing production and packaging equipment; performing preventative maintenance; and diagnosing and fixing malfunctions. The role involves continuous problem-solving in challenging environments and requires frequent physical activity.
- What you'll do: Operate and adjust beverage production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

Essential Physical Demands:
Ability to perform hands-on, physically active work for extended periods- up to 12-hour shifts.
