Process Technician - Plastics Manufacturing 12‑Hour Rotating Shifts (2‑2‑3) | Day & Night | $3/hr Night Differential If you re an experienced Process Technician who takes pride in running equipment the right way-and you re looking for a more stable, professional environment-this may be the upgrade you ve been waiting for. Day Shift:
6:30 AM - 7:00
PM Night Shift:
6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Every other weekend is a 3‑day weekend $3.00/hour night shift differential Long‑term stability with a family‑owned company Maintained equipment, standard work, and a strong safety culture Why This Role Matters You play a direct role in keeping production running efficiently, safely, and to specification. Your ability to set up equipment correctly, troubleshoot issues early, and maintain standards directly impacts quality, uptime, and delivery. What You ll Do Monitor and support injection molding and blow molding machines Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and auxiliary systems Complete preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeep Work closely with Quality to resolve issues and verify specifications Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales) Complete setup, production, and maintenance documentation accurately Maintain clean, safe, and audit‑ready work areas Support and mentor less‑experienced team members Model our core value: OWN IT What We re Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting ability Solid manufacturing experience (injection molding strongly preferred) Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to follow GMP, safety, and standard work procedures Clear communication skills and dependable work habits Willingness to learn, improve processes, and take ownership What Success Looks Like Equipment runs efficiently with minimal downtime Mold changes and startups are completed right the first time Maintenance is completed on schedule-not deferred Quality issues are identified, resolved, and documented Work areas remain clean, organized, and inspection‑ready Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Experience with GMP, ISO, Lean, or 5S environments in a manufacturing environment Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers) Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry) Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Preferred (Not Required) Injection molding experience Familiarity with IQMS or similar manufacturing systems Career Growth & Skill Development At Flexcraft, advancement is earned through skill, reliability, and ownership.
