Key Responsibilities:
Perform precise electro-mechanical assembly tasks, adhering to detailed test procedures, schematics, and diagrams. Conduct thorough testing to verify product quality and functionality, ensuring all specifications are met. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions efficiently, implementing effective solutions to maintain seamless production flow. Collaborate with team members to uphold stringent safety standards and enhance manufacturing efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in electro/mechanical assembly or as a technician; a technical associate degree in a related field is also acceptable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and written instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Pay Details:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
