Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time Revised Personnel is seeking an experienced and dependable Manufacturing Tech to join a growing manufacturing team. This leadership role is ideal for candidates who can operate production equipment, drive forklifts, lead employees, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support production team members to meet daily production goals Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Drive forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met Train, coach, and assist team members as needed Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to management Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and production reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Production Lead, Manufacturing Lead, or similar leadership role Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently Forklift experience required; certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be willing to work overtime as needed Must be available to start early, stay late, and work flexible hours based on production demands Availability to support and oversee 2nd shift production operations is required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
