This role involves operating specialized forming, spinning, machining, or heating equipment to produce precise neck geometries required for valves, fittings, or closures. The technician ensures dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and surface quality, performs inspections, maintains equipment, and supports continuous improvement while adhering to strict safety and manufacturing procedures. Key Role & Responsibilities
  • Supports the neck forming lead in the neck forming process on HDPE liners
  • Responsible for completing all internal documents for neck forming before the liner moves to the next station under the direction of the neck forming lead
  • Responsible to alert neck forming lead when liner is ready to be moved to the next station or notify QC if there is a question concerning the quality of the neck station
  • Ensure that all paperwork has been completed by QC prior to receipt of HDPE liner
  • Can recognize when tools and/or processes are not being followed
  • Work within Company's safety guidelines Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language Ability to communicate in the Spanish language
  • Ability to work alone and follow prescribed policies and procedures
  • Ability to complete process paperwork in a timely manner
  • Ability to learn and use proficiently: o Neck Forming Tools o Neck Forming Processes
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel and Word
  • High School Education or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred Experience in manufacturing Work Environment On‑site, four days a week, 10 hours a day (subject to change).

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
