Job Overview Production Support Technician Location:
Hubbard, TX Hours:
Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
Starting Pay:
$15.00/hour with a $1.00/hour increase upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. Start a Career in Manufacturing Radke Machine & Tool is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who wants more than just another entry-level job. This position is the foundation of our manufacturing team and offers the opportunity to learn CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and shop operations from experienced professionals. If you have a strong work ethic, show up on time, take pride in your work, and are willing to learn, we'll invest in your development. What You'll Do No two days are exactly the same.
Responsibilities include:
Keep the production floor clean, organized, and safe. Process and recycle metal chips and scrap materials. Perform basic janitorial and facility upkeep. Check CNC machine coolant levels and replenish as needed. Assist with preventive maintenance and machine cleaning. Support machinists and production personnel with daily tasks. Help maintain an organized, efficient workplace. Perform other shop duties as assigned. What We're Looking For We're more interested in attitude than experience.
The ideal candidate is:
Dependable and punctual. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing throughout the workday. Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
