Job Description

Production Line Operator Humble, TX This role is responsible for assembling, processing, inspecting, and testing solar modules while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble, process, inspect, and test solar modules according to approved work instructions and standard operating procedures. Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently. Set up, maintain, and organize assigned workstations. Accurately record required production, quality, and process data. Handle and transport solar panels using approved material handling techniques. Meet established production, quality, and safety expectations. Perform visual inspections to identify defects or quality concerns. Follow all company policies, work instructions, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards. Participate in cross-training and job rotation assignments as required. Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, and quality problems to supervisors promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred. Experience in solar, electronics, automotive, or industrial manufacturing
