Position Overview The role of Line Production Technician I exists to support the finishing end of the production Line. This role is responsible for the finishing end of the production line setup, quality control, and saw and equipment operation. This role is also responsible for the stacking, transport, and inventory of produced products. This role has the responsibility of loading products shipping to customers and unloading inbound material. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for shipping process (Loading, unloading trucks and complete shipping documentation)
- Processes stocking, staging and labeling products
- Counts and control Inventories
- Review quality of the products in the Line conveyor (checking yield, measurements, checking appearance)
- Perform minor repairs to line, saw and inkjet printer equipment
- Monitors the cutting of finished goods and saw equipment operations (inputs, settings)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and/or overtime
- Perform other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience and Skills
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Keep attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues.
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Basic computer skills.
