Manufacturing Technicians Details:
Contract to Hire position $25.00 to $30.00 /hour Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Assemble and wire electrical control panels using engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Install and securely mount PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and other electrical components. Strip, crimp, terminate, label, and organize wiring for clean, accurate panel assemblies. Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure panels meet safety and customer requirements. Maintain assembly documentation and collaborate with engineering and project management to resolve issues and improve processes
Manufacturing Technicians Qualifications:
3-6+ years of technical manufacturing experience; associate degree or technical certification preferred. Strong experience with electrical wiring, crimping, soldering, wire/cable assemblies, and hand tools. Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, wiring, and assembly drawings, including BOMs and inventory systems. Experience with industrial control panel assembly/modifications, manufacturing quality processes, and continuous improvement. Comfortable working 7 AM-4 PM, standing for 8 hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs. continuously.
