  • 2:30 PM OR 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM | Monday
  • Friday Orientation and training are from 7:30 AM
  • 4:00 PM.

Job Duties Support engineering teams with assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and modification of electro-mechanical systems and prototypes. Perform diagnostics using schematics, diagrams, technical documentation, and verbal instructions. Conduct testing, collect data, and assist with engineering evaluations and design improvements. Support implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and manufacturing process improvements. Create and update work instructions, training materials, and technical documentation. Participate in engineering design reviews and provide feedback on product performance and manufacturability. Develop CAD models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials using SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD software. Assist with tooling, fixture, and prototype design projects. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework toward an Engineering degree is highly preferred. Minimum 6 months of experience in an electro-mechanical, manufacturing, or engineering environment. Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor preferred. Basic understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
