Role:
We are looking for reliable, hands-on individuals interested in growing their skills in a fast‑paced production environment. If you've operated equipment, worked on a production line, or handled mechanical or automated processes - even if you weren't officially titled a "Machine Operator" - we want to hear from you. This role provides training and development for candidates with mechanical aptitude or previous experience working with tools, machines, or production processes.
What You'll Do:
Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure smooth workflow. Perform basic troubleshooting and keep machines running efficiently. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist with setups, changeovers, and routine equipment checks. Support general production duties as needed. Ideal Background Includes (but is NOT limited to): Experience as a machine operator, production worker, assembler, or warehouse associate. Hands‑on mechanical experience (e.g., using hand tools, power tools, or operating equipment). Experience around automated equipment, CNC machines, packaging lines, or robotics. Ability to read instructions, measurements, or simple diagrams. Comfort working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
