Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Full Line Automotive Technician to join our Service Department. This position requires a professional with solid experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance (brakes, suspension, engines, transmissions, electrical, etc.) Diagnose vehicle issues using OEM diagnostic equipment and other tools Complete repairs in a timely manner while following dealership and manufacturer guidelines Perform multi-point inspections and clearly communicate findings to Service Advisors Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow warranty processes Stay current on manufacturer training and certifications Help mentor entry-level technicians when needed Qualifications 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience required OEM or ASE certifications strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to customer satisfaction Benefits Competitive pay plan (based on experience and certifications) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Employee discounts on vehicles and services Ongoing manufacturer training and career development opportunities
