We are a delivery based pharmacy specializing in Complex Care Pediatrics, servicing the entire state of Texas. We are currently looking to hire Full Time Production/Fill Pharmacy Technicians. The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM and closed on Saturday and Sundays. As a Production/Fill Pharmacy Technician, your duties would involve: Print and separate prescription labels for all processed prescriptions in the daily batch Accurately retrieves appropriate medication to be filled and placing them in the designated tote per patient Accurately labels and packages medications including appropriate auxiliary labeling and refrigeration requirements in a timely manner to meet delivery cut off times Accurately compounds medications following aseptic procedures efficiently Appropriately packages compounded medications with appropriate labeling and refrigeration requirements Tote, package, and ship medications to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications:
Valid Pharmacy Technician Registration/ Certification for the State of Texas Ability to communicate effectively within a team Strong organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management Strong analytical skills/problem solving skills Ability to work independently Attention to detail Basic computer skills required (Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred) Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance Must be at least 18 years of age
