Position Overview:

The Machine (Line) Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and food safety requirements. This role supports efficient production by assembling and disassembling equipment, performing basic maintenance tasks, maintaining accurate documentation per SQF requirements, and working collaboratively with all departments to achieve production goals.

What Youll Do:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to SOPs. Assemble and disassemble equipment as required for production, cleaning, or changeovers. Perform basic equipment maintenance, including learning and performing greasing and minor adjustments. Follow all GMP, SQF, quality, and food safety standards. Complete and submit all required production and quality paperwork accurately and on time to ensure all information meets SQF requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Communicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics teams to support daily goals. Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Be a team player, willing to assist in other areas as needed. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Champion, participate in, and support the safety program.
