To Make Retail Better . Want to be part of it? We're hiring now —bring your digital press know-how and join a fast-moving production team. What you'll do Set up and operate a minimum of two wide-format digital press types, following GSP and industry specs; complete daily and weekly paperwork. Verify each work order and make press-standard tweaks to maintain quality targets. Achieve or surpass efficiency goals; ensure your print assistant and QCI follow established procedures. Keep workflows tight, processes consistent, and the press area spotless. Use PMS color guides and a densitometer to measure dot characteristics and color space. Cross-train in at least one additional department and jump in where needed. What you bring 3-6+ months of Machine Operator experience preferred. Comfort with Machine Setups for Production Runs. English reading, writing, and communication skills. Willingness to work weekend shifts and overtime when required. Safety-first mindset and adherence to all safety requirements.
