Key Responsibilities:

Sand and paint parts when necessary Maintain production logs and related documentation Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve production processes Support implementation of production quality control procedures Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with training new employees on production procedures and safety standards Report production or equipment issues to management
