Job Description

About the Role As a Manufacturing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of production by managing material logistics and performing precision assembly tasks. You will contribute to operational efficiency by maintaining high quality standards and supporting the safe, organized movement of components throughout the facility. Responsibilities Coordinate the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support continuous production cycles. Execute precise assembly and inspection of mechanical parts to ensure they meet rigorous quality specifications. Operate industrial equipment, including ride-on forklifts, to stage workstations and facilitate shipping and receiving processes. Utilize inventory management software and digital tracking systems to maintain accurate records of material flow. Prepare finished products for distribution by performing crating, labeling, and protective wrapping. Maintain a safe, clean, and ergonomic work environment by adhering to established industrial safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify production bottlenecks and assist in implementing corrective solutions. Required Skills Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment while standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints. Commitment to following strict safety guidelines and wearing required personal protective equipment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly setting. Proven proficiency in operating heavy machinery or industrial forklifts. Familiarity with quality control gauges and inspection documentation.
