Production Associate (Short-term) Job Summary This Production Associate role focuses on accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This is a temporary position covering an employee on leave, expected to run through the first week of June. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders based on invoices and packing slips Place correct items and required paperwork into outgoing packages Affix packing slips, invoices, and shipping labels to shipments Label medications clearly and accurately Audit medication labels for completeness and accuracy Pack finished goods into the correct boxes and packaging Use UPS WorldShip to generate and apply correct shipping labels Assist with basic material handling and palletizing as needed Work closely with team members to meet daily order needs Required Qualifications Experience with picking, packing, or production work Ability to read and follow invoices and packing slips accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable standing for most of the shift (about 90%) Able to work well as part of a small team Preferred / Nice-to-Have Packaging or palletizing experience Previous warehouse or shipping experience

1st shift, Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00

$19.52-$20.52 per hour
