Swing Shift Position :
M-Thurs 4 pm - 2:30 am: 10 hour shifts Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in warehouse operations, assembly line processes, and safety. As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility. Assemble components and products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively during production tasks. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line operations and techniques. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors. Proficient in basic English.
