Job Description

We are seeking a 1st shift Production Worker for an agriculture company in Barneveld, WI. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate measurement, filling, packaging, and production of animal nutrition products
Duties:
Accurately measure required ingredients according to specifications. Transfer ingredients to mixers and fillers as needed. Mix ingredients as directed. Package products as directed
Qualifications:
Broad understanding of safety systems and demonstrated ability to follow safety rules and policies Ability to accurately and proficiently measure materials. Ability to use filling equipment. Ability to document production procedures in writing. Ability to meet production quotas. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repetitively. Ability, experience and certification to operate a forklift. Ability to stand and walk on concrete for up to 10 hours. Ability to be around dust particles and use personal protective equipment
Schedule :
Full-time, day shift schedule, flexibility with the schedule between 4am-4pm.
Pay :
$18.40/hour + monthly bonuses!
