About the
Opportunity:
Join a premier, expanding dairy manufacturing team as a Production Utility Technician . This hands-on, multi-functional role supports multiple departments throughout the plant and plays a critical role in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day production, processing, and packaging operations. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment. Assist with product changeovers and equipment setup. Perform sanitation and CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures. Move raw materials and finished products safely throughout the facility. Complete accurate production records, quality checks, and compliance documentation. Strictly adhere to GMP, HACCP, SQF, and company safety standards. Assist wherever needed to support daily production goals, including serving as a backup Production Supervisor when needed.
Required Qualifications:
Industry Experience:
Proven manufacturing experience within a dairy environment is required , with specific exposure to raw materials.
Licensing:
A valid Cheese Maker's License is required , or the clear capability to obtain one.
Compliance:
Strong technical understanding of Food Safety, GMP compliance, HACCP, SOPs, and SSOPs.
Physical/General:
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to lift, bend, stand, and work around high-speed manufacturing equipment.
Adaptability:
A willingness to learn multiple production areas and jump in where needed.
Preferred Backgrounds & Experience:
We welcome applicants with experience in roles such as: Production Utility Tech, Dairy Production Operator, Dairy Manufacturing Technician, Production Relief Operator, Raw Milk Receiving Operator, Packaging/Processing Operator, Sanitation Technician, or Utility Operator.
