Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with factory environments and a commitment to quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment focused on continuous improvement and safety compliance. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Monitor packaging line for quality, inspect products Manage loading packaging materials into machines Interpret production documents, work orders, and technical specifications to facilitate accurate manufacturing processes. Communicate with supervisory and maintenance teams as needed Follow safety standards rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications Proven factory experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing environments. Prior experience working on assembly lines or in production facilities. Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of safety standards in production settings Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills
Shift:
Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
Pay:
