Starting Wage:
$20.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
Weekend Premium:
$4.00/hour
Shift:
Rotating days: 6:00pm•6:00am
Work Schedule:
Rotating 12-
Hour Shifts Week One:
Sunday•
Wednesday Week Two:

Role:
The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include: Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process Cross-training in other roles across the production environment Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed Problem solving issues that arise Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree required 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience Highly motivated with a positive attitude Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
