Yes Role Overview:
Join our team as a Pharmaceutical Production Operator working in a cGMP environment. You'll handle APIs and intermediates, follow strict safety protocols, operate production equipment, and support multi-shift operations while working with potent/hazardous materials. Key Responsibilities Consistently follow and promote proper safety protocols and PPE to staff. Maintain safety and cleanliness of production areas and equipment, especially during handling of potent compounds. Follow written procedures, including batch records and operating protocols. Serve as a primary or secondary operator for cGMP production of APIs and intermediates. Operate production equipment effectively during production, cleaning, and maintenance. Communicate production status during shift handoffs. Identify and correct safety and process gaps found during inspections and audits. Participate in a team-based, multi-shift manufacturing environment and maintain in-lab housekeeping. Support department tasks as directed by leadership. Additional Requirements Willingness to work with highly potent/hazardous materials. Proficient in using personal protective equipment (PPE) including: Respiratory protection (dust masks, half/full-face respirators, supplied air) Work uniforms, lab coats Full-body protection (disposable coveralls, hazmat suits) Education & Experience Associate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Life Science OR High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related production manufacturing. Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and understand written protocols. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Email). Strong oral and written communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand tools, calculators, and measuring devices. Basic math skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance.Pay:
