What you'll do: Learn proper machine operation, adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting. Learn WSD's quality standards, production procedures, and safety requirements. Work alongside experienced team members and trainers during the initial training period. Become trained on multiple positions within the IG production process to provide flexibility and support production needs.
