Job Description

About the Role As a Urethane Production Technician, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations by transforming raw liquid resins into high-quality components. You will be responsible for the end-to-end molding process, ensuring that every part meets rigorous industry standards while contributing to our overall production efficiency. Responsibilities Execute the full molding cycle, including mixing liquid resins, pouring mixtures into heated molds, and assembling finished components. Prepare molds, hardware, and inserts according to detailed production schedules and technical work instructions. Monitor the molding process to ensure all products adhere to precise engineering prints and quality specifications. Perform critical quality inspections to identify defects and implement necessary process adjustments to maintain high output standards. Maintain equipment and mold surfaces to ensure optimal performance and readiness for subsequent production runs. Operate machinery safely while consistently meeting production targets and quality benchmarks. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to follow complex written procedures and technical process sheets. Strong attention to detail with the capability to perform visual quality inspections. Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual machine operations. Demonstrated reliability and commitment to maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Preferred Skills Prior experience in urethane molding, plastic injection, or a related industrial manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting mechanical or process-related quality issues. Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical prints or production assembly instructions.
