Monitor, troubleshoot, setup, changeover, and startup, and shutdown specific manufacturing equipment including automation.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪Accurately perform machine / mold set-up and shutdown duties for molding operations.▪Assist with sample/validation runs on new and revised products.▪Document machine and automation settings to include; mold setup and program changes as defined by written instructions.▪Identify, troubleshoot and resolve machine or automation malfunctions, quality, and in-process issues.▪Machine operation including controls, safety switches, restarts/start-ups, and shutdowns.▪Monitor and record machine performance rates.▪Complete required Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks as assigned.▪Keep a clean work area, machines / equipment and sustain 6S principles.▪Adhere to and comply with all written GMP/Safety policies and procedures.▪Participate in PEAK initiatives as directed.▪Perform routine safety checks on equipment.▪Maintain a clean and safe work environment.▪Attend required corporate training/meetings▪Perform other duties as assigned.▪All job functions to be completed in compliance with federal, state, local regulations, company guidelines and policies.REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION LEVEL
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Complete and pass required medical screening.
- Obtain and maintain a valid forklift license.
