Starting Pay:

$19.00/hour + Pay-for-Performance Incentive Plateco is looking for a motivated, dependable, safety-conscious individual to join our Production Team as a Racker. Schedule 1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Four 10-hour shifts Friday available for overtime based on customer demand Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week when overtime is not needed Position Responsibilities As a Racker, you will play an important role in the zinc-plating process by ensuring parts are properly prepared for production. Rack and un-rack a variety of metal parts according to work orders and production requirements. Properly position parts on racks to ensure quality and consistent plating. Inspect parts and racks for proper placement and identify potential quality concerns. Maintain a steady production pace while meeting quality and safety standards. Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently. Perform repetitive lifting, handling, and movement of metal parts throughout the shift. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Safety-minded with a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
