Job Description

We are seeking a Production Utility Technician to join a growing dairy operation where you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of production, processing, packaging, and quality while playing a key role in daily plant operations. What You'll Do Support production, processing, and packaging operations throughout the facility Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and production start-ups Perform sanitation activities and CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures Move raw materials and finished products throughout the plant Complete production records, logs, and required documentation Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met Support food safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and company safety standards Assist multiple departments to support daily production goals Serve as backup Production Supervisor when needed Qualifications Dairy manufacturing experience required, particularly with raw materials and dairy processing Cheese Maker License required or ability to obtain one Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, SSOPs, food safety, and employee safety programs Experience with sanitation processes and CIP systems Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work around manufacturing equipment Willingness to learn multiple production areas and support plant operations as needed Why Consider This Opportunity?
