Non-Exempt Summary of the Role This position is responsible for a variety of tasks that are manufacturing or distribution based and may include assembling and manufacturing sales orders, picking product from the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and where required, delivery of products to customers. Responsibilities Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Assembles products to company, customer and manufacturer's standards

Performs all product testing to quality standards as required by the customer and per company work instruction

Receives incoming shipments into inventory, posts in online system and places items in warehouse.

Picks product in warehouse and prepares items for delivery or shipping

Delivers product as required

Operates mechanical equipment, hand tools, forklifts and picking lifts (if applicable)

Assists with physical inventory

Makes recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements

Performs other related duties as required Skills and Abilities Applicants should possess the ability to interact with team members in a professional manner.

Must have good communication skills

Requires basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure.

Basic mechanical skills including the use of hand tools.

Basic computer skills preferred, including email and internet Minimum Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

3-5 years of related warehousing or production experience

A high school diploma or GED

Reliable transportation is a must

Ability to work overtime, as required

Ability to work nights and weekends, as required

Ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs independently on a repeated basis.

Ability to consistently move throughout the facility during the full workday

Ability to comprehend work instruction and safety procedures, written or verbally

Ability to count and measure accurately

Ability to properly and safely use mechanical equipment and hand tools

Background checks and drug screening may be required (by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment as required or permitted by law) Preferred Qualifications Industrial setting experience Total Rewards Competitive compensation plan, with a bonus potential of 5% of salary
