Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Instructor specializing in Welding Technology to join our educational team. In this role, you will deliver engaging, hands-on instruction to students pursuing careers in welding. Your expertise will empower students to develop essential skills in welding techniques, safety protocols, and technical applications. Duties Deliver comprehensive classroom and hands-on welding instruction tailored to diverse student needs and backgrounds Develop, update, and implement course curricula that incorporate industry standards, OSHA safety regulations, and emerging technologies Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, written assessments, and project evaluations; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Collaborate with industry partners and colleagues to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with current manufacturing and construction practices Qualifications Strong background in welding techniques

$23.00 per hour
