Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified E-Beam and TIG Welder to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will utilize advanced welding techniques, including Electron Beam (E-Beam) welding and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, to produce precision components that meet stringent quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to manufacturing complex assemblies, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to industry codes. Key Responsibilities Perform Electron Beam (E-Beam) and TIG welding on aerospace-grade components in accordance with customer and internal specifications. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, tooling, and fixturing. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, weld symbols, WPS, and travelers . Execute welding operations on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, and specialty alloys . Support first article, development, and production welding . Perform in-process inspections and support quality verification activities. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow all aerospace quality standards , safety procedures, and internal process controls. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 3+ years of aerospace or high-precision welding experience. Current or previous certifications in TIG welding (AWS, ASME, or equivalent). E-Beam welding experience required. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols . Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, medical, or similar). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and in a team-based production environment. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace customer certification experience (NADCAP, customer-specific weld certs, etc.) Experience supporting development programs and first articles Familiarity with
ISO/AS9100
