• Lead the engineering, reliability, and optimization efforts for all 30 heat treat furnaces across the facility
• Drive compliance and continuous improvement initiatives for combustion and thermal processing systems
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all furnaces, pyrometry, controls, instrumentation, and thermal processing equipment
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards and regulatory compliance requirements for all thermal systems
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance furnace performance, efficiency, and safety Key Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise as a Furnace and Heat Treating Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Strong background in furnace operations, pyrometry, combustion controls, and thermal processing equipment
