You'll be at the forefront of active materials innovation, driving the development, testing, and validation of high-performance anode materials from lab-scale discovery to pilot-line integration. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on experimentation in material synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical evaluation of anode active battery materials. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, where innovation is built through experimentation, data, and collaboration.
