Job Description

Cadence is seeking motivated engineering students for Summer Internship opportunities at our DeLand, Florida Site. This program provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects in a professional manufacturing and engineering environment. Please only apply if you are within a commutable distance to Deland, Florida. What You ll Do Assist with design, testing, analysis, and project development Conduct research, data collection, and basic engineering calculations Support technical documentation and reporting Participate in team meetings and design reviews Follow safety and quality standards Communicate progress and complete assignments on schedule Internship focus areas may vary by site and engineering discipline. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Engineering Rising junior or senior preferred Strong academic performance Analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to CAD or engineering software a plus Additional Information Combination of office and manufacturing floor exposure Paid, non-exempt internship Cadence encourages students interested in gaining practical engineering experience to apply.
