FUNCTION

Executes the assigned duties as necessary to support technical issues as required to resolve product or process problems.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist engineer in day-to-day activities.

Included but not limited to:

Program planning and scheduling. Special lot generation, tracking, and documentation. Development of parts procedures (PESs) and routings. Provide technical support for Quality and Manufacturing. Learn the fundamentals of tooling, gating designing and efficiency, shell systems, foundry parameters, metallurgy, blueprint reading and interpretation, and statistical analysis. Assist in the preparation of evaluations and reports to management and customers. Assist in the cost reduction activities, and process improvements. Page 2

EDUCATION:

High school education required. Prefer 2 years of technical education in an engineering-related field.

EXPERIENCE

Entry level - 2+ years experience in engineering or technical environment.

SUPERVISION

Moderate supervision received. No supervisory responsibility.
