Job Description
Welding Manufacturing Engineer supports 3rd shift fabrication operations through welding process support, production troubleshooting, operator training, and process documentation. Job Requirements Experience with manual and robotic welding systems Experience supporting production with new or existing manufacturing processes Ability to troubleshoot automated and manual welding processes Ability to document work and production support activities Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written Availability for weekend support based on production needs Preferred Skills Experience with Fanuc robotic welding systems Experience troubleshooting MES systems Experience supporting fabrication department operations Experience training operators on welding processes Experience with process development and production documentation Job Responsibilities Support 3rd shift operations in the fabrication department Provide production support to operators, maintenance, and salaried support staff Troubleshoot MES systems and welding-related production issues Support automated and manual welding processes Train operators on welding processes and related production procedures Maintain production flow during shift operations Develop and improve manufacturing processes Complete process and project documentation Provide weekend production support as needed
