• 6:00 AM, OT possible) Job Summary Manufacturing Engineer focused on welding processes (manual & robotic), production support, and process improvement .

This role involves optimizing weld operations, troubleshooting automation systems, and supporting shop floor execution in a high-volume manufacturing environment . Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly) Support manual and robotic welding processes in production Troubleshoot welding issues (automated and manual systems) Improve manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency Analyze production data and implement process improvements Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams Support feasibility testing and validation of engineering solutions Develop and maintain engineering standards and documentation Inspect systems and recommend corrective actions Execute projects within defined manufacturing processes Communicate updates, track work, and follow up on tasks Core Duties Welding process engineering (manual & robotic) Production support & troubleshooting Process improvement & optimization Engineering documentation & standards Cross-functional coordination Work Environment / Role Nature Shop floor / manufacturing environment Hands-on with welding and automation systems Mix of independent work and team collaboration Requires working in off-shift (night shift) Required Skills Manufacturing engineering experience
