We are currently seeking a Materials Coordinator to help serve our connection of clients and community. This role is crucial in ensuring our project sites are equipped with the right materials at the right time, supporting the successful execution of our engineering and construction projects. Your Primary Responsibilities will include Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and inventory of construction materials for civil engineering projects Track material usage and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of resources on job sites Collaborate with project managers, field staff, and procurement teams to forecast material needs Review material specifications and ensure compliance with project plans, codes, and standards Maintain detailed records of material orders, receipts, and deliveries Assist with vendor relationships, including sourcing materials and negotiating pricing and delivery terms Conduct regular site visits to monitor material storage, usage, and quality Support QA/QC efforts by ensuring material certifications and submittals are properly filed and approved What you'll need IDOT Aggregate Technician or Mixture Aggregate Technician IDOT Portland Cement Concrete Levels I and II IDOT Hot Mix Asphalt Levels I and
