Tasks Work with vendors & customers on project documentation, quality control, and specific project requirements. Answer technical questions from customers relating to the current and past projects. Work with Engineering to source parts, components, and material to maintain project schedules and meet shipping deadlines. Work with vendors on project documentation, quality control, and specific project requirements. Issuing purchase orders to the vendors based on the requisitions of the engineers who are responsible for the technical aspects of each purchase. Determine proper sources of supply for most economical purchases based on comparable scopes of supply and costs calculation sheets provided by the application engineers. Additional Tasks Read and distribute 2D drawings for shop manufacturing & assembly of parts & assemblies to be used in the chemical, petrochemical, plastic, food, rubber, and powder coating industries. Support our internal ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 processes and continual improvement. Support of service team with coordination of travel and customers Your skills BSME from an accredited University. 2-Year Degree okay, if work experience is related. 1-3 years relevant work experience including Internship and/or Co-op SolidWorks 3D modeling experience. Customer service experience with focus from order entry to shippment General shop & manufacturing knowledge Electrical experience and/or troubleshooting is a plus. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and piping is a plus. Good communication skills. Dual language is a plus. Ability to travel both domestic and internationally.
