About the Role We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our production team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity and precision of our metal components, utilizing your expertise in various welding processes to deliver high-quality results that drive our manufacturing output. Responsibilities Execute precise welds using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques to meet rigorous production requirements. Analyze complex blueprints and technical schematics to ensure accurate component assembly. Verify the quality and durability of finished welds through systematic inspection and testing procedures. Optimize production uptime by performing routine maintenance and calibration on welding machinery. Contribute to team success by streamlining workflows and collaborating on complex fabrication projects. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to industrial protocols and maintaining an organized workspace. Support organizational growth by providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated professional experience in industrial or manufacturing welding. Comprehensive understanding of diverse welding methodologies and workplace safety standards. Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision and quality assurance. Preferred Skills Current professional welding certifications such as AWS or ASME. Prior experience in a high-volume fabrication environment. Advanced vocational training in metalworking or related technical fields.
