COPY LINK link We are seeking skilled welders to join our team at Toro in Windom, MN for our flexible weekend schedule, Saturday and Sunday two 12 hour shifts. This role involves performing a variety of basic welding operations on mild steel using wire fed welding equipment. The position offers a balanced mix of manual welding and robotic welding. Key Responsibilities Perform basic welding processes, including: Butt joint welding Tee joint welding Corner joint welding Lap joint welding Edge joint welding Operate wire fed welding equipment safely and efficiently. Perform both manual and robotic welding operations. Work with mild steel materials to meet production and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean,anized work area. Qualifications Previous welding experience required. Ability to read and follow basic welding instructions and procedures. Familiarity with robotic welding systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and amitment to producing quality work. Dependable, safety focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay Details:
