Duties and Responsibilities Assists in the design and/or project/process management projects, products, programs, components, tools and acceptance equipment under technical guidance Participates in establishing operating procedures on new products and components. Supports the development of testing procedures and performs routine to moderately complex engineering evaluations. Analyzes evaluation reports and discrepancies to make recommendations that improve productivity and quality to reduce flowtime. Interacts as a team with design agencies, suppliers and/or internal organizations under the guidance from experienced Mechanical Engineers to assist in product realization. You Must Have Graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited program in Engineering or Physics Must graduate from an accredited college or university since May 2026, or will graduate by May 2027 United States Citizenship Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business We Value Previous relevant internship experience or equivalent preferred. Demonstrates analytical skills, mathematical computations, computer software applications, and written documentation. Demonstrates established technical methodologies to routine engineering projects. Looks for opportunities to document improvements/innovations in approved processes.
