Houston, MS with travel to Ohio

Your Impact As a Welding Trainer, you deliver the welding training and perform other duties related to welding training in our Houston, MS manufacturing plant. You will ensure we consistently produce skilled, production-ready welders who meet our quality, safety, and operational standards at scale. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Help create and deliver hands on welding training to new welding trainee team members in a welding lab environment Provide constructive feedback to trainees as they progress thru the four week program Teach and enforce Accelevation welding competency standards, assessments, and progression throughout the program Partner closely with Operations to ensure training delivered is in line with current production needs Maintain all training documentation and paperwork required Perform general maintenance/upkeep on welding tools and machinery Support team members with continued development of welding skills Provide availability & willingness to support training efforts across multiple shifts as needed Qualifications Experience in in MIG welding and a coach mindset driven to teach others Strong technical knowledge of welding processes relevant to production environments Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence others; must have a desire to teach and coach other to succeed Experience partnering with Operations, Production, and Quality teams Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Welding certifications (e.g., CWI) are a plus but not required Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonus Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Collaborative, high-energy workplace Our Core Values Safety
