We're looking for a reliable, motivated CMT Technician to support field testing on active construction sites across the area. 🔍 What You'll Be Doing Travel to job sites to test soil, concrete, and construction materials Perform field testing and collect samples for lab analysis Document results and communicate findings with project teams Support quality assurance on real-world civil/structural projects Operate tools/equipment and handle materials safely on-site Work independently once trained, managing your own daily schedule ✅ What We're Looking For Background in construction, labor, landscaping, farming, or field work Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50+ lbs regularly) Strong communication + ability to write clear reports Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working outdoors Interest in construction, engineering, or materials testing ➕ Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with soil or concrete testing CMT, field tech, or construction inspection experience
