Fabricator About the Opportunity We are a leading niche manufacturing company seeking an exceptional Full-Time Fabricator to join our elite production team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled craftsperson who takes pride in precision work and wants to be part of a company that values quality, innovation, and excellence. Our fabricators are the backbone of our operation, transforming raw materials into high-quality products that exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Position Overview As a Full-Time Fabricator, you will be responsible for the complete fabrication process from blueprint interpretation through final product delivery. You will work with various metals and materials, utilizing advanced welding techniques, precision machining equipment, and modern manufacturing processes to create custom components and assemblies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers, quality control specialists, and fellow fabricators to ensure every project meets our exacting standards. Core Responsibilities Welding Operations Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys Execute complex welding procedures following AWS standards and company specifications Conduct weld inspections and quality checks to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic excellence Maintain welding equipment, including cleaning, calibration, and routine maintenance Select appropriate welding techniques, filler materials, and parameters based on project requirements Perform tack welding, spot welding, and continuous seam welding as needed Machining Duties Operate manual and CNC machining equipment including lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders as needed Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine machining specifications Experience 3+ years of experience Mechanically inclined as Industrial maintenance knowledge will also be required.
